Q Life Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise Every Q Life tee is made to order, just for you. We take quality seriously and want you to love what you receive.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@findyourqspot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error, contact us within 30 days, and we will resolve it immediately.

Sizing Issues Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has begun, and cancellations cannot be accepted.
